Support of Decision Taking Concept

The Support of Decision Taking (SDT) designates a group of techniques and methodologies that help obtain elements, in a clear and objective way, that serve as answer to the questions that are raised to the involved of the Decision Taking Process (DTP). That group of methodologies and analytic procedures of decision support, seek to cancel the intuitive insight of the actors of the Decision Taking Process and, in the case of trouble incidence with more than one decider or multiple decision at an organizational level, provides a common language for communication and for the identification of understanding and misunderstanding basis.
